Setting up your space

Where is your space ?

For me, my space is where I am in the moment of enlightenment. What does that mean ? it mean that for me, if I am in a Sattva moment (balance) in my mind and body, that is where my practice is.

In the forest, by a tree, in nature, in my living room, morning, afternoon, or evening, that is where my space is. It could also be in my bedroom, in the kitchen or at a yoga studio.

In my opinion, and years of practice, I realized, that we do not always have a space available to dedicate to a practice. That however, should not hinder us from setting up a practice. Begin where you are drawn to at the moment. Self discovery and self discipline does not need a bolster, mat, or adorned space.

It begins with intention, ambition, and self effort. Your space will begin to expand and settle into discovering a pattern, to reflect within yourself, wherein your yoga practice supports the natural flow of your mind and body.

Where is the space you find yourself in.
