The animation force circulating in the body of all objects, people, and living things in order to supply oxygen through inhalations and exhalations. In essence it is life’s energy that keeps us alive.

PRANAYAMA

Translated from Sanskrit, one of the oldest and standardized dialect, of India, Old India Aryan language which dates back to 1700-1200 BCE. In Indian philosophy, Pranayama is controlled breathing to achieve Samadhi, the state of deepest and complete absorptive contemplation of the Absolute that is unshaken by yearning, anger, or any other ego-generated thought or emotion.
