Letting go, doesn’t have to be complicated

Evolution of our selves and autonomy over our choices doesn’t have to be secular.  Healthy choices made over situations or decisions that impact our lives should be simple. Unfortunately, it is not. Once we understand we have autonomy over our thoughts and choices, this can become easier to navigate.

At times we are made to feel guilty or shameful of our decisions. More specifically when we say NO to someone or something that has created a blanket over our choices and does not need to turn into a mind bogging event.

Autonomy is a gift we are born with and at times lost along the way in our journey. It does not make us bad humans. It is simply an ability that needs to be recognized or remember. Emotions can highjack what is suppose to be a simple way of living.

Letting go of something or someone, can be challenging. Especially if you were used to always saying YES to others or going with the flow. Unconsciously, letting go of our autonomy can be a challenge to recover from.

Fortunately, I am glad you are reading this content, and want you to understand that having the ability to let go can be done.

I recently did this with an old relationship that was not adding value to my life. A choice needed to be made. This relationship was not supporting or available in my life. I reviewed the facts with a clear mind, no emotions, and it all came together in my decisions process. It was simple and just like that I realized that this connection no longer made sense. It was dead weight.

A key component of letting go, is to let go with love and transparency and no expectations. Any expectations that came from the opposite end, are not for you to take with you or continue to hold on to. It is not your responsibility of how they manage their emotions or outcome they choose.

When relationships or connections simply don’t serve a purpose any longer. They need to be evaluated.

Letting go doesn’t have to be complicated.

I hope that you reconnect back with yourself and remember letting go doesn’t have to be complicated.

Please make all and any choices, with a clear and healthy mind set and autonomously, based on your circumstances.
